I sent email to PS Audio help or Support Centre but no reply so far...

So I have to send it to US I guess....Is this only service centre I can deal with ?

MasterLu : The product purchased it through Audiogon Do they still honor the warranty ?

Doubtful, since it wasn't purchased from an authorized dealer. Yes, I would only have PS Audio repair it.

Yes, call them and speak to Mayoura. From the serial # they will know who the original dealer was. You just want it fixed, she will issue you an RMA to return the unit to them.

You can certainly tell her you are a friend of Ivan on AA, perhaps she will do some magic for you.

Here is the thing . I might going to upgrade to P5.
However the price is double compare to my PPP. Is it worth it you think ???
Hmmm... otherwise I have to wait for 4 to 6 weeks...to fix

What would you do ?? coz I'm saving my money for MC 601..lol
