Did you need to purchase a separate cord to connect the Typhon QR to the Denali, or does the included cord work? (Assuming there is an included cord...)

It comes with the required umbilical. Essentially a 1 meter Sigma EF.

As good as the Denali is powering my 2 DACs, music server, transport, and preamp—the addition of the Typhon to the mix puts it on a whole new level. With good orchestral recordings, it imparts a 3 dimensional holographic effect to instruments within the soundstage which makes them seem more real and more like heard at a live concert. There also is more “layering” within the soundstage and the soundstage appears to be deeper and wider. I also hear more low level detail as well as increased dynamics with bass lines which are more defined.

The Typhon is definitely a keeper and for anyone who has a Denali, I highly recommend auditioning a Typhon with it.

All of the above. I am really enjoying the greater detail when I listen at lower volume levels. It is remarkable. I completely lost track of time after I installed it.

An expensive upgrade, but very worthwhile. I have reached the end of the line where power is concerned....at least for now. Time to sit back and enjoy for a while instead of looking for improvement.

Thank you once again Ivan!

If we connect Typhon QR to Denali or Triton v3, won’t it reduce the capacitance?

I might be wrong, but when I read the patent paper on QR/BB, how the QR/BB module is made seems like how a capacitor is made.

If that’s the case, seems like using Typhon QR with venom PS 8 or other performance line distributors (Hydra Sigma S12, Hydra A12j will be optimum enough
