May not be what you want to hear, but the Duette 2 sounds fabulous and obviously works very well close to a wall.I note you have 802's so you are probably thinking they have no bass in comparison, but try to audition them as they are one of those speakers that you could listen to all day every day.

When is v3 due? With the new BW 800 series, surely Wilson is due an update too?

Sashas were just upgraded. I doubt a V3 is planned at this point.

OK. I have limited space between the rear wall and the speakers.

Approx 10inches or 25cm (toed in) that the speakers can be out from the wall. Would this be OK for the Sasha's? Or do they really need more space?

They will sound pretty good with 25 cm to the rear wall, but they do sound much better with more space behind them when I installed mine a couple of years ago.
It is a situation where a home demo would help if that can be achieved.

Mine sound best at 16" from the rear wall to the inside rear corner of each speaker. I have had a number of iterations of the WP series and placed them in a number of locations. The placement is EXTREMELY room dependent. Sometimes they will be base shy unless there is a very close proximity to the rear wall. Other times they can't open up, image and create a great soundstage if they are too close to the wall.
Sometimes there is a sliding scale between the 2 and you have to pick your favorite overall spot provided that you first follow the set up procedure in the Wilson manual and keep them in or near the zone.
As all Wilson owners will tell you, 1/2 inch difference can be quite substantial in terms of how it effects different facets of sound. Take your time and experiment a lot. That's often what it takes to find the sweet spot.

Can the Sasha accept a banana and spade connector at the same time?? I have a set of Biwire WW Eclipse Silver SC. I know the B&Ws can.

Are you sure? My Sasha look like there have plastic inserts that may come out for banana plugs.
