Default Arcam T51 Tuner

When I upgraded my pre-pro, I purchased one that did not feature a tuner. "No big deal", I thought, "I won't be listening to local radio." OH:

We have an excellent selection of high quality FM broadcasts in the area. After realizing I was missing out on NPR, local public radio and the occasional FM embedded concert; I realized I needed a tuner. I didn't need to stream Pandora or other Internet based radio entertainment so I was on the hunt for a nice tuner.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a simple FM tuner with a remote control of decent quality??? Almost freaking impossible!!!

Finally, I found one and it arrived today. I've inspected it and it appears to have survived the trip, even through our current snowstorm here. I'm looking forward to plugging it in and giving it a test.

Without further adieu, here is my Arcam T51:

Michael.......The Arcam T51 looks really nice. To me, a sound system isn't complete without a tuner. Congratulations on the new tuner purchase. Terrestrial radio is worth the investment.

Dan...I have been missing listening to the local FM so this will restore that aspect of my listening pleasure.

Audie Cornish on NPR will sound sooo much better on my home system than in the car!
