Tannoy Stirling Prestige GR or Turnberry GR
Hi to all Tannoy lovers, due to size of my room which is 13 x 20' and also budget I can only afford either the Tannoy Stirling or Turnberry prestige GR speakers. Would liked to know your hearing experiences with these speakers. Any feedback good or bad are welcome. Thanks guys.

Haven't listened to the GR Versions- but have listened to the SE Versions- the Turnberry was better IMHO (deeper soundstage and fuller mid bass being the main differences- probably both due to the slightly larger cabinets) although both had the 'Tannoy' house sound.
The GR Versions have a slightly different cross-over to match the change in composition of the cone driver. |

Having recently owned the Turnberry, I would have to concur with Alberto. My guess is that they would be slightly better than the Stirlings, but not by much... They will easily work in your room. |
