Default PS Audio Factory Tour

This year I drove to RMAF so I decided to stay Monday and visit PS Audio. The factory tour included their new facilities which is very large with plenty of room to spare. The great moment of this tour is the chance to hear their reference system with the Infinity IRS IV speakers.

First I have never heard a system with a soundstage size like that, huge!!! The bass quality is a little below today’s standards which I believe is because of the quality woofers produced today. The mid and top end are great.

It would be fun to spend a few days with that system to really see what all it can do. But even my short listening sessions was fun.

Nice! If I hadn't headed up to Estes Park right after RMAF, I would have liked to visit PS Audio with you. I really enjoyed hanging out with you and the guys at the show.

Incidentally, I just bought and installed a PS Audio Stellar Gain DAC/pre-amp in my system. I'm now starting to listen and evaluate the sound. This is my first actual separate pre-amp or DAC. I made a separate thread on it here. Up until now, I've only used an audio receiver as a pre-amp.
