You may also need to connect the ground to your preamp if the crossover and amps don't solve it, but grounding to the preamp probably won't be necessary. Your hum and hiss should go away.
I have no first hand knowledge but I read a big article on grounding a couple years ago and they said the same thing. The article was about radio broadcasting where grounding is a huge issue. The star method was said to be the way to go even for them.

Hi! Thanks!

5 amps connected to one common wire and only one of them grounded
pre amp grounded also. This is the best result of the minimum hum. But hissing still continues

what do you mean "Connect a wire to a screw on the chassis of the crossover"?
The power cord has the ground.

I don't think the hiss has anything to do/can be remedied by grounding modifications. The hiss comes as a result of the white-noise that is inevitable in any electronic device using op-amps, resistors, etc....having super-sensitive speakers makes one more prone to hearing that much more of the time. You may want to back the Accuphase device out of the system to see how much of this effect it added into the system over and above your Esoteric and AVM equipment.

The link below gives a nice explanation that I have referred back to from time to time.
