It's always a pleasure to do business with you Ivan. You're the best dealer that I've ever encountered. No hassles, just results.

There is 12% tax in my province. As for duties, due to NAFTA, we only have to pay duties for products that are not made in the US and Mexico. When I buy stuff from the states, I usually get them to ship Expedited or Express. These options are a bit more expensive, but they ensure no additional hidden fee that I'm aware of.

My local dealer usually charges me (MSRP x current exchange rate + 10% for shipping) x whatever discount he can give me. Not too bad. However, their customer service is not the greatest.

It's nice to know we have an awesome dealer down in the States. If I'm buying something brand new in the future, I will be sure to drop Ivan a pm.

I agree with Dan that Legend is a great dealer and I will continue to do business with Ivan. No complaints whatsoever.

A good dealer is hard to find and once you do find one the customer service is usually lacking with some lame excuses for not wanting to help. Legend Audio and Ivan are the best. Mind you I have not bought a lot from him but he is generous and customer minded and all around great guy. Plus, if you ever need him or want to purchase something how many dealers give you their personal #`s and available 24/7?

I've been lucky to find a few good dealers in my time; some have gone from past recessions, some are probably in trouble due to the current one.

While Ivan's service is second to none, and he's a great guy to just have a chat with, the one thing I am not worried of is Legend ever disappearing.

(And, yes, he really doesn't sleep much; but you won't catch me calling him at midnight pacific time to test that 24/7)

I would agree with all the positive comments here about Ivan's customer service and quick shipping

I've made only a small purchase from him so far...a Wireworld Silver Starlight 6 coax....I hope to make another one in the not to distant future.....been checking out those Wireworld PC's

now....... if only he would open up a West Coast Legend Center

I previously expressed my opinion about dealing with Ivan in another thread but it's worth repeating:

Before I get into specifics, I have to say that dealing with Ivan was, without a doubt, the single most pleasant consumer experience I've ever had! He is a true gentleman who literally went way above and beyond the call to accommodate me. This is the most sincere, heartfelt recommendation I have ever posted anywhere and only my lack of vocabulary limits my expression of how truly enjoyable dealing with this man is. Thank you Ivan - take a bow!

You da Man!

Any one who's ever met Ivan knows that he is first class all the way, whether that's buying equipment, getting advice, or just hanging out having an adult beverage. Life is good and knowing Ivan makes it better!
