Will do. Won't have the E-270 until the 2nd week after the new year, so will be a few weeks.
In studying as much technical info as Accuphase gives one, it appears that the power supply and output stage for the E-270 & E-370 are identical other than the E-370 output devices are biased to supply an additional 10wpc. If correct, the upside with the E-270 is that its outputs are not driven as hard as the E-370. No big deal, I'm sure.

See attached images I took from the E-270 manual regarding A and B speaker connections. Hopefully that helps.

Thank you.

My only question now is the size of the spades that can be used on the speaker terminals. Will have to see if mine fit when the E-270 arrives and change (or not) as necessary.

Glenn,
WireWorld spades should fit the terminals on the E-270 without any problems.

Thanks. At $2/ea, quite inexpensive for the gold-plated spades. Just ordered 16. Simple enough to reterminate and reheat-shrink the cable ends.

I’ll measure what I’m using and post the values. The banana connections on the screw down posts are what I’m going to use. It’s difficult to use speaker A posts with spades because of the B post proximity to the A posts. I’m using B because of this until I change to banana connectors.

Hmmm.............. good to know. Thank you.
I'll use both. One set of cables with spades and the other with banana plugs.

Interesting that the E-270 manual show's bi-wiring in a different manner than was recommended to me by Accuphase USA. Think I'll go with the manual.

Inside measurement of my Furutech spade connectors. They fit with room to spare around the back post.

Thank you. Your spades are 5/16". If plenty of room, then hopefully 1/4" will also work.
