I have since changed to the Amati Futura and they have way bigger capacity to fill my room. Now I not only hear the music - I also feel it. And the Gryphon Diablo 300 has certainly added an even tighter base control to the set up.
Any ways, that was just my experience. What ever way you choose I'm sure you will be pleased with the system.
Thanks for your insights! That's a fantastic system you've got there!
I truly fell in love with SF listening to a pair of Amati Futura. Sadly, They're out of my budget for the time being. That said, my experience with the O2's was equally positive, so I'm banking on the O3's, paired with my REL S5's, to give me a similar, but slightly less resolved experience until I can make the next step.

Ok - I've decided on the O3's, now to pick a finish. I've seen the wenge in person and am leaning that way, but I've not seen the walnut in person.

It seems like both would be fantastic, but I'm having difficulty getting the sense of how dark the walnut is in real life.

Any pics would be very helpful!

After a few pm pics, Wenge it is! Ordered and on the way. It will be a month before I've got a moment to get things settled, but I'll post pics as I promised.

I too was closely eyeing the OIII before my most recent purchase. Congrats on your choice.
