Default Ref75 Ventilation

I'm going to place the Ref75 amp on the bottom shelf of my Salamander Synergy single width rack. It will be open on all sides with no door, back panel or side panels. How much room do I need to leave on the shelf on top of it ensure adequate ventilation?

Refer to user's manual. I'm having about 10 cm or 4 inches gap to upper shelf for my VT-200 and its still running quite hot.

Forsure your VT200 runs hot it has 16, 6550 output tubes the REF75 has 4 KT120, and is open on the sides. If I were to place the REF75 in a rack I would want 6 inches of space 4 at a minimum. Personally I always place my amps on a separate stand.
