I’m have lifetime Hilton Diamond status, but prefer upper end Marriott properties. Surprised you didn’t list Four Seasons. They have the best properties I’ve ever been a guest.

Although I am Gold for life with Marriott/Sheraton I am Diamond for life with Hilton (well over 1000 nights). I have stayed at some cool Hilton properties over the years and the benefits were pretty good.

Marriott and Westin. I used to spend about half my time in China, Japan, Europe and Mexico. I could find one of those almost anywhere. Sanctuaries to recoup from jet lag and intellectual exhaustion. Also, I would only fly Delta internationally.

We've booked the Fairmount's Chateau Laurier & Chateau Frontenac for May. We find their better hotels to be quite nice and well located with excellent amenities.
