I've been eyeing the Special Edition R528 for some time, and now can't seem to find much on them. Did they end production? Jeez, I was saving for a pair of those to go with my Ariel Acoustics 7T's--thought it might be a great pairing.

I understand there's a shakeup with Sumiko not being the distributor any more, but wonder if there is more afoot with the product line. Anyone heard?

REL R528SE has been discontinued. Shucks. Time to expand the quest.

I see a new S series on their website. Looks like it's the replacement in the lineup. But you're right, after the Sumiko product changes, I'm not sure who carries it.
