I cannot claim to have knowledge of point 2, so I do not know that Tone can sell any Shindo product to you. Also, I don't speak for JH, my point is simply this: You are rude, conspiratorial, confrontational, unnecessarily aggressive in your challenging of the US distribution network, and, worst of all in my estimation, appear to do all of the above while having no real concrete knowledge of much of anything (see your point 2) - and, in fact, reading phantom implications into the clearly stated policies. You set up a challenge to Shindo reps based on these allegations and imply that it is bad for their business if they don't show up to dispute your claims. In short, bad manners. I wouldn't answer you....doesn't appear to be much to gain. Heck, I wouldn't sell to you even if I could as I assume there would just be future problems down the line.
