Will they replace or be in addition to your Auditors?

Congrats! Give them plenty of break in time if they are brand new. They changed quite a bit in my system over the first couple hundred hours.

Picked them up last Friday and had them set up by early afternoon. Out of the box the midrange was immediately the first thing I noticed. Much more separation between instruments and guitars had much more presence to them. I let them break in over the weekend (40-50 hours) and noticed that they do indeed change from day to day during the break in period. I have some room positioning to do, and I'll probably do some speaker cable upgrades before too long.

It did take a while for me to adjust to that lower octave of bass though. I've had monitors or 50hz~ speakers for so long that I'm not accustomed to the extra bass extension. So its both exciting and odd to hear a little more detail to my music that I'm most familiar with.

If you're wondering, I do like the "M" difference between the last generation of Cremona. I'm looking forward to these speakers breaking in over time. I'll update this thread later with some pics...

Mike
