Should we get into "throttling" by the ISPs or leave that topic alone?

Testing your internet connection speed can vary. Usually the testing server closest to you will give you the best results and should be comparable to the speeds you are paying for. Of course there are many more factors to consider.

I have 400mbps/20mbps and get 400mbps/20mbps on my wired gaming rig. On my wireless devices, usually 300mbps/20 mbps.
