That is a great looking table. Very nice indeed.

I have had one with Triplaner arm in my system for the last two months, babysitting for a mate on mine. I dropped it off at his place on Saturday. To say that he is happy is an understatement.

Excellent table and very quiet. Very similar in tone and speed to my Pioneer Exclusive P3 and bass that is the best you can get.

Once you hear a SOA dd table, hard if not impossible to ever remove yourself.

Buy the Monaco and the VPI classic Direct and give a dd showdown.

But the GP Monaco looks soooooo much better than the VPI.

Sure does. The Monaco is sexy as, almost as sexy as my P3. And nothing beats the start up times with the old SOTA Japanese dd's.

I found the clamp a PITA to use. I ended up using an old VPI record weight or no weight at all depending on lp being played.
