How wold the Yddrasil compare with a McIntosh MCD 1100? I just sold my MCD 500 so have some spare change burning a hole in my pocket.
Anybody have both?

I can't say how they compare, but I will note that AA member "Beer Can" has a used Yggy up for sale.

The original THD measurement posted to Head-Fi was artificially high due to a driver interaction with the measurer's computer. This measurement has since been updated as shown in the
Yggdrasil technical measurements thread on Head-Fi. Further color/discussion on this issue in this thread.


THD: 0.00233% (left) / 0.00239% (right)




Dynamic range is 122dB
