5 year warranty to the rescue!
I have had a Wyred4Sound Remedy between my Sonos connect and DAC for 4 years and 10 months now (searched through email to find my purchase date). Great little addition to get the most out of the Sonos unit. Two weeks ago I turned my system on and got no sound when using the Sonos. After a bit of troubleshooting I noticed all the lights were out on the Remedy so I wired the Sonos unit direct to my DAC and I had sound again.
After exchanging a couple emails with EJ and trying a different power cord we determined the Remedy needed to be sent in. After it got to them I got an email 2 days later saying it was fixed and back on its way to me. Super easy process and I can't say enough about how efficient and nice both EJ and Alissa were. Plus it was fixed under warranty, that 5 year warranty period is amazing. Great company all around |

stollen.......I have owned several Wyred 4 Sound products through the years. I still own the Remedy, connected to my Sonos just like you. I have never had an occasion to require warranty service but it is great to hear W4S stands behind their products. Solid reputations are built one customer at a time. It's good to see EJ and company understand this. Thanks for letting us know.

+1 on W4S. W4S products are well built. I have several of their components, and upgraded through their line a couple of times. Been dealing with EJ since 2011. Their stuff lasts. My Class D multichannel 7x250 is eight years old and running strong.

I recently picked up a W4S DAC-2v2SE on the used market. I do not want to jinx it, but the thing seems to be bomb-proof. Sounds great, too.
