I recall reading somewhere they designed the boards to be like a dual mono design to keep everything symmetrical and signal paths as short and clean as possible. It's a solid amp.

Speaking of electrolytics, from the pic I took, it looks like there's maybe 12 per channel. It looks like they are all for voltage and such with nothing but Wima's all in the signal chain.
