Like Dan said, they're available through Music Direct. The one I bought was a demo so I didn't pay full retail.

Dan...It was very easy to install, tweaking it is very simple and it works exactly as advertised. Plus, in my opinion, it looks much more elegant than the other options on the market. Yes, it is a bit pricey but cost is relative.

I'm glad I made the investment.

Just received mine and it may go back. Spent an unusual amount of time setting up and the tone arm is slightly skewed/dragged across LP during lifting process. I feel the rubber arm/base that lifts is not close enough to trigger arm. Other users have any suggestions? My table is a VPI Aries 3D.

I'm using this on exactly the same table and it works perfectly. If you haven't already sent it back maybe we should talk before you do. Here to help!
