High End Audio is gaining steam overseas big time. Asian clientele are very dedicated audiophiles and perhaps even to the point of being obsessed. Not a bad market to tap into huh? When a bottle of wine that is expected to bring $200k at the auction breaks the $1.2M mark just because someone wants it that bad and a certain breed of dogs can fetch close to $2M... Well, you know the times are good.

I'm absolutely blown away at how good my MA252 sounds!! Seriously, it's really, REALLY, REALLY REALLY good.

hello JwJw; appears you have many years of mc experience, the ma252 is my first mc piece, how do you compare it to your other products?

The MA252 sounds like a great piece for a second setup. I'm curious on its phono stage. How does it compare to the C2X00? Or is it the same architecture?

Its a great little amp..... Running it with Aria 905s. Great sound with all file types.

I added single ring tube dampers to the tubes using damper rings from an Audio Research pre. I think it helps. Will do more listening with and without the dampers.

Excellent. The 252 + a good pair of efficient speakers = Perfecto!

Glad you're enjoying the MA252. I like it and just might end up with one myself. I was talking to my dealer again this weekend and he mentioned the MA252 is probably the most asked about amp in the store. I say that's a good thing. It's a very nice amp at a great price.
