Tried that as well. Essentially a reboot. No luck.

What is really strange is I can log in on my iPhone 6 but not on iPad air. Same iOS 8 software. Yes, very frustrating.

I said earlier mine was a 3, but is actually a 4. Hard to keep up with the #'s, No problems at all on mine with AA or anything for that matter. Strange.....

Can you log in on the web site? I avoid apps 100% on my iPads, and rarely use them on the iPhone. Straight to the web site is usually best.

iPad 2 here. Tried delete, re- install, hard boot etc. No change to problem. Get into AA but accessing links from threads throws me out.

IPad Air - no problem logging in but occasional crashes, especially when following a ling to a YouTube or website. Thanks LuJr for looking into this, and for avoiding tapatalk. I'd just as soon use the website as tapatalk.

No problems logging in on the website. Thats what I have been doing lately.
