Last night was nice: 2007 Peter Michael Ma Belle Fille Chardonnay followed by a 2005 Aubert Howell Mountain Cab.

Grilled lamb t-bones with risotto milanese, mint infused evoo, 3-yr parm reggiano.

Wine was 2005 Arcanum II - a nice supertuscan of merlot, cab, and cab franc.
