I've got both 1M and 2M Silver Electra 5.2 and at least on an F113 sub i could tell no difference.
One's things for sure either one are a hella upgrade over the stock cables! |

I was told by a dealer that the Kimber PK10 cords are more flexible (even though a heavier gauge), but if so they must be string, as the Wireworld Auroras I have are pretty flexible indeed for power cords. Due to the configuration of my system I have different lengths on my amps, a 1m and a 3m. If I get to reconfigure things, I'll be using 2m cords whether I continue with Auroras or go to something else. And granted, I'm not hard-core as an audiophile, but I don't hear anything wrong using the disparate lengths.
One thing about this, though, is that the shorter length is harder to work with. The 1m took a bit more maneuvering to get to the plug properly. |
