Dan, the components you have plugged into your PPPs do you leave 'on' and use the PPP to turn everything on/off? Or do you still turn off each piece?

Jeff.......I turn my components off and on using the C1000P remote control, and use the McIntosh power control triggers to control the other McIntosh components. I also turn off and on the PPP's with the McIntosh power control triggers plugged into the PPP's. I leave the switches on the back of the PPP's set to "on".

Sending PM.

Thanks Dan!

Well, I got her all hooked up. That was no small feet. Not much space to work with. Almost like plumbing.

Of course I forgot to switch the zones to 'always on' before I installed it. So I had to grab my flashlight and squeeze my arse back in the trenches.

Hard to say. I have my power amps (aka. speakers) plugged into the titan and the rest plugged into the PPP. The titan can produce 23,000 Watts of transient power, way more than the ppp and it is designed for power amp usage.

I wrote to both ps audio and isotek and asked for their advice on how to wire them up. The only no no was plugging the titan into the ppp as it wouldn't be able to provide enough power. But the reverse might be okay. As it is I have both plugged into their own respective dedicted spurs.

That's a big goodie bag ya got there.

'Switched' is the recommended setting by the manufacturer. I use the 'switched' setting, and use the PPP power switch to turn off components.

Try both the MultiWave and CleanWave functions, when you get a chance, and read that section of the manual before you try it. For example, PS Audio recommends that you do not activate CleanWave while listening to tunes. BTW, thanks for the reminder to activate those functions.

Here's some info on the subject.

Unfortunately, I'm not at home. However, with the holiday weekend almost here, I anticipate the PPP will be getting a good work out with both music and movies.

P.S. I still have visions of sugarplums with that Santa girl you sent my way.
