Thanks Dan. I picked it out myself, my wife had nothing to do with it... Honest..

That looks like a PRS hanging on your wall

Good eye. Yes, it's a "cheapo" PRS. My pride and joy are a pair of pre-CBS strats ('60 and '63).

Your pictures are nice Alberto, but why is everything in the closet ? Is that so you can child proof the room for young kids ?

David.......In case you missed this link in the Denon forum, your SF's are being used to demo Denon's latest and greatest. Sonus Faber gets around.

"Getting rid of" sounds harsh. It is quite possible I may return to Sonus Faber in a year. I feel I do need to give the Wilson a try they usually mate up with the Lamm really well. So we'll see.

Unless your going with the Maxx 2 or 3's I think you may be disappointed. I have heard the WP and Sophia's with several different amp/pre combo's but never Lamm or Ayre. What sound are you looking for?

I hate a "lightweight" presentation. I need a dense and muscular presentation with rich harmonics. Not dark per say but it has to have "meat on its bones" type of tonality. The Sophia 2's driven by a few amps sounded promising but not quite there. None of those amps were anything like my Lamms so I think it may be closer to what I am looking for once I get them into my own system. If it doesn't work out, no big deal, I'll live with them for a year, I don't think it will be such a disaster and I will come up with something else for my next room.
