Mac Techs in New England?

Hello Mac Board..... We are putting together a new A/V room and, in all likelihood, we will be using a Mac MX151 as the AVP. As this MX unit is Room Perfect capable, we need to find a Mac expert who can come out and help us with our Room Perfect adjustments.

We have all the accessories required for this purpose, so we're only looking for someone in the New England region who has the necessary expertise. If you know of anyone fitting this description, please let us know.

The MX151 makes the room adjustments for you. You should be able to do this yourself.

Joe..... We've been advised, by a longtime MX151 owner, not to take this on ourselves; hence, the question in the original post. Regardless, thanks for the encouraging words.

Natural Sound in Framingham, MA is an excellent Mc dealer. They offer hourly services for system set up. I would call them (and I'd ask for Mark). Good luck!

Lyngdorf has articles on the internet that you can down load on how to perform the set up. You tube also has videos on how to set up Room perfect. But I am sure if you call Audio Classics and speaker to Ryan or Steve they will be able to help you ought. I always use a spectrum analyzer to verify if things are set up properly with my MX 151. My issue is if you use a Mac pre-amp with Pass thru the Room Perfect is by passed with any Mac pre-amp. Si thats why I keep my Crown Parametric EQ's.
