I will miss him a lot and I am still in disbelief over this.

Has Mr. Russell's service been held yet?

Hi

Yes

Last Friday - we had a celebration of life in a baseball field where he took his kids to play for many years.

I am sure Brian Russell would have been pleased at the way his family sent him off. He was a good spirit gone too sone. Here is hoping that the company will keep its philosophy of good customer service. I am sure Brian was partly responsible for this policy. Again, my condolences.
