Recommend a McIntosh tech in Southern New England.
I'd ship my preamp to the Audio Classics, but the MC352 I'd rather not. I'd much rather drop it off in person.
Can anyone recommend a good McIntosh tech in Southern New England? |

Stu's in Providence has a wonderful tech and he lives in Canton Mass just a stone's throw from the Trillium Brewery. I'm actually headed to Scott's tomorrow to pick up my MC2255 that he fixed and I'll be dropping off my 2125 which developed problems just this morning. And of course it's always a treat to stop in at Trilliums for a great ipa afterwards. Also if you go to the local ak gtg's at the American Legion Scott will usually be there as well.

I notice you have a C33 which means you'll still be able to enjoy your secondary system while the MC2125 is on the bench.

Yessir that's exactly what's going to happen. The little monitor amp in the C33 is all I need for the khorns 99% of the time.

Do you have Scott's information? Canton is only about 45 miles from me. Yeah, I go to the Frankenfests sometimest. Next one is in March, I think. |

You might also give the guys at Natural Sound in Framingham, MA a call. They are able to handle some repairs in house.
