Thanks you guys for such a warm welcome!

Now that I'm retired I will have more time to indulge this psychosis we call audio.
I've already built my dream speakers and I don't need any other gear so I will be focusing on the music and searching out new jazz divas.

My winter project will be trying to fix a smoked Carver TFM-25 amp I bought for cheap on Ebay. I know practically nothing about electronics and all I have is a DVM so this will be a learning experience (more like a blind man groping around in a brothel).
