I listened to it last night. Sounded great, and by far better than any of my other copies of it (vinyl and cd). Don't know about all of the technical details, but it sounds great. I came to Fagen and Steely Dan late in life as I dismissed it as so much electronic stuff earlier, but my wife likes it, and I've really come to appreciate the craft of the records, as much as the songs themselves. I'll enjoy this one for a long time.

Double agreed on this. That would be, I think, my fourth copy, but I'd love to have it. The new PSAudio CD player (which I use with their DAC) takes SACD's to unheard of levels for me. It would be great to have multiple stellar copies of this (more from a collecting side than anything).

Received the weekly "This week on Audiogon" and one of the listings highlighted was this release --asking $499. Which prompted me to take a look at the 'bay' site -- at least 30 asking anywhere from $200 to $499.99 and another 30 which have sold above $200 to $250.
Hot commodity. Best Sirs, Bob

A digital master from 1982! Yikes. Played it once and on the shelf it goes.
Did you know all Regerence Recording 45 releases are from a digital source? I have one. Sits on the shelf. I love the digital people. "Ot was great from the start" Than how did it get better every year? FOR THIRTY PLUS YEARS! The new OMD blows almost every digital recording ever made away. Why? Because it's new and digital is computers.... |

Nope that's how it's spelled now.
You'll get an email soon. Ever seen the "Most interesting man in the world" ads? Based on my life, although toned down for the masses. People, for the most part get offended by awesome. |

It's great what you can infer from from just one sentence.
The curse of money and what people have done to attain it. I would not wish it on my worst enemy....... To have eyes to see........ |

Did anyone order this from Elusivedisc? I ordered one from there and it has not arrived. They are telling me none have (for their customers). Just checking to see if anyone happened to order it from them and received theirs. Luckily I ordered one direct from Mofi and that one arrived a month or so back.
