BDP Tidal Masters

I now see Tidal Masters on iPad.
I have added a full Masters playlist to my music playlist.

When I play this playlist on the BDP, does it down convert to non-master material?

I was hoping someone would chime in. Is there any reason to use Master Series songs from Tidal and play back through BDP? Does it sound any different?

I think you're the only one who can decide that. Try it and see what you think. Do you use Roon? It does the first unfold of the Master MQA, I think, but really, I'm not the best person to ask.
