I have heard the Shindo's and they are easily the best speakers I have ever heard, that said they are still overpriced for my ears. |

Harbeth recommends Skylan. I found them to resonate a lot on my suspended floor and they gave a somewhat boomy bass. Replaced the spikes of the stands with Pro Audio Bono Acrylic Anti Vibration Feet and they fixed that.
There are multiple stands up to 12k a pair ( !! ) that are made for the M40.1....

Yes they will appeal to Shindo lovers. But they need at least 30 W per channel to sing. The little ones are less power hungry.
