Worry about bias adjustment once you figure out and replace the problematic tube(s).

Been thinking of new tubes anyway. You confident it's a tube issue? If so, I'm just gonna replace them all.

I'm not sure at all actually. But a tube likely and it costs you nothing to swap left for right to diagnose the issue.

McInosh.......Figure out if it is a tube issue before you begin buying tubes. Take the time and swap all of the left channel tubes to the right channel and the right channel tubes to the left channel. If the problem travels with the tubes, you now know the amp doesn't need service, just new tubes. If your tubes have extended hours on them, buy all new power tubes. I can highly recommend Gold Lion KT88's. Don't overlook your four 12AX7 tubes and the two 12AT7 tubes. Try swapping them between channels as well. If it is time to replace the small tubes, again Gold Lion gold pin 12AX7 and 12AT7 tubes are excellent and reasonably priced.

Gotta find a repair shop nearby.

Swapped every tube from right to left and the right channel still has a little less volume and no bass.

Thanks for your suggestions folks.

Bummer. Sounds like it's the amp. One last thing, flip the balanced/RCA switch back and forth a few times while powered off. Then put it in the correct position and give it a listen.
