It happens on mine every time the power is disconnected.The passthru is configured for Balanced 4 input and there is a CD player, tuner, and phono on other balanced inputs. All the other settings I have left as is.There are trigger and control cables going to some of the other components.

Thank you Moatman for looking at this issue.
My config is rather simple: - my Dac enters in Balanced 1 - passthru is in Unbalanced 3 no other cable is connected to the other inputs. Of course I have a trigger cable for Passthru and a trigger out to power my 601s. The "funny" thing is that I know by heart how to input my configuration again when the power cable is disconnected : - enter in setup - turn balanced 1 to on - set passthru to unbalanced 3 - set IR codes to normal (it allways powers on with alternate by default) - exit setup and nothing else. So no inputs are turned off for example. Please remenber that the two units I had worked fine the first three months. Thanks Olivier
