Mine is a hi-res download from E-classical--presumably an advance copy.

Sticking to this nice box set...
Decca Sound: Dutoit · Montréal Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, Charles Dutoit Disc 33 is dedicated to Rhapsodies by Liszt, Dvorak, Enescu, Glazunov and Alfven. Vigorous music played with panache by the crack Montréal ensemble. The 1995 Decca recording is robust and weighty. From Wikipedia: Quote:

John, joining you with the Freiburger Barockorchester, directed by Gottfried von der Goltz.
Mozart - Piano Concertos K 413 - K 415 Kristian Bezuidenhout, fortepiano Excellent performances. I've seen both forces (the orchestra and the piano player) live on different occasions, and it was a real treat.
