Getting better and better. Oh, the speakers are gorgeous and that amp is a jewel.
Hi Mike,

I know you're still in the break-in phase but could you describe what you're hearing sound wise from the new speakers and amp. I'm really curious how it sounds.

Thanks,
Ken

Ken,

I'm hearing a level of musicality that I had not heard before in my room. First, my wife and I were talking yesterday about musical depth - much more than before. Also, the bottom end has more detail and it feels it goes lower than the Salons. Love the impact of the drums when playing rock or modern jazz. And, lastly, the speakers sound very natural in the mids and highs - cymbals, guitar strings and female voices.

More to come...

Mike.......Two big changes at the same time, the D'Agostino stereo amp and the Wilson Alexia's. It's probably a bit difficult to really tell which brings the biggest improvements to the performance with both going into your system at the same time..

Mike,

That's tremendous, it sounds like you're experiencing significant improvement in all areas. Organic mids and highs and visceral bass, can't beat that!

Thanks for the update,
Ken

Agree with you Dan. I also added a Shunyata Z-Alpha power cable to the Bryston BDP-2 and a Shunyata Z-Anaconda to the Triton.

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to make the changes one at a time. Nevertheless, the changes have been transformational.
