thanks guys,


here is the room




18,2 x 19 ft room with a piece missing !
my ears are around 12.5ft from the wall
9.5ft from the front face of current speakers

the seat could go back maybe another foot or so before WAF goes mental

Very easy to make work. Seat might actually come slightly forward.
  • Is 3ft the limit from the back wall or just where the current speakers ended up?
  • Where is the gear located?
  • What's between the speakers?
  • Is there anything on the walls? Other furnishings in the speaker end of the room?

ok, got carried away

1. 3ft is just how it is at the mo, can move speakers a bit more forward if you want, possibly another foot so front face is 4 feet from front of bookcases

4. not much on the walls, floor to ceailing curtains down most of LHS wall covering glass patio doors. I usually have the curtain nearest the speakers drawn a little to soften primary reflections
