I thought the Juli card was great on USB-derived output on the BDP-2 in that in every instance when I encode CDs to aiff files, it sounded better than a CD drive. So I am thinking the new card sounds even better.

Couldn't agree more about the BDP-2. Now the reviewer needs to add the BDA-3!

Hi

The BDP-2 has its own operating system (Linux) - so it does not rely on either Windows or MAC.
