I am presently using an S300i after finding a pretty good deal on agon. I think this is an incredible value on the used market. Using it with my Thiel 1.5's and I find it to be a very good match so far. I was afraid at first, as I had read some people saying this is a "bright" sounding amp. But I do not find it to be so at all. Unless the recording is of course. And even then, I have not found a recording I cannot tolerate it with. I had been using a Creek 5350se, but the Krell blows the doors off of it in every way possible. It just sounds like it's offering so much more of the recording. So much more clear, resolving and extended. Soundstage depth is much more defined. The imaging is more solid. I am very much enjoying this amp so far.
