Jim.......Contacting our dealers would probably help keep the issue alive, although I don't think there is anything we can do to "pressurize" McIntosh into a full gait instead of a trot. It has been nine weeks since the MEN220 balanced output fiasco came to light. Not knowing what amount of time is required from engineering, production, and certification to implement the necessary circuitry changes, I am feeling as much in the dark as the next MEN220 owner. I want to believe that no news is good news. It would be nice to have some verbal support from McIntosh to ease the anxiety.
