My first speakers were McIntosh ML-1C's which my dad still has. It was in the early 1970's when I purchased them. The finish is in excellent condition. I am not sure what they sound like since they are just sitting in my dad's study not connected to anything. It may be time to acquire them again.

Big Advents were mine circa 75. Wish I still had them.

Saved lawn cutting money in 1982 and purchased a pair of Genesis Physics I's. I still have them.

Polk Audio, don't recall the model were my first floor-standing speakers.
