The 5.4s can be a over-powering in a smaller room. You could also consider the S3.4s which might be a better match to the size of your room, and are noted (from what I've heard from some owners of 5.4s) for being more coherent top to bottom than the 5.4s.

Or ... another possibility, depending on the room, could be C1's with a nice REL subwoofer. Not too many people ever seem to be disappointed with this combination.

Actually, probably not; the C2 is actually a dual two-way speaker, the S 5.4 is a 3 way with a larger woofers. So my guess is the C2 would integrate better into a smaller room as well as being superior in overall performance. If it came down to C2s or S 5.4s, I'd pick C2s every time.

Yes, that would be a great combination as well. Most folks don't realize just how much bass a C1 can put out.

I would agree 100%, plus the directivity control Dynaudio employs on the C2 is a plus for smaller environment integration.
