They both look nice....it's up to date with LED lighting and has the remote power control. It's nice for sure, and pricey for sure, for what it is. But if you like it and can afford it, I see nothing wrong with it. We do crazy things and spend stupid amounts of money on this hobby...but hey fun is fun. I sure enjoy my McIntosh lighted sign in the dining room. The glass is installed in a custom made walnut veneer cabinet. Sure makes a great night light. I have a second one in the studio room. Both are fun to own. I like mine better than the factory ones.
