My first racks were SolidSteel 5.5. They are excellent racks but are not adjustable. It s been hard to let them go, but I've decided to sell one to an AA member in mint condition with original packaging. I may sell the other.
I love the dura-aluminium cones used to decouple the shelves from the rack. The rack can also be filled with sand or shot pellet. |

Mine was the standard cinder blocks and boards. I made the mistake of putting the Marantz tuner on the bottom shelf where my dog went and peed all over it.

Milk Crates
I have got all of you guys beat. I used plastic milk crates permanently borrowed from a local supermarket. This did not last long because the weight of the equipment bent them and nothing would sit straight.
