Cool.
What email did you use ?
I think they know where I am from so they ignored. They wanted me to contact local dealer first.
But you know for this kind of question, I wanted to hear from manufacturer.

I think a simple valve in the back might be useful. Especially before air transport where many S1 suffered.
Better than to unscrew the drivers screw. We don't know the correct torque to screw it back in.

I suppose the most extreme change is probably air transport, as raised by Toga. Magico may assume that the crates would arrive at the dealer's warehouse where it should have adequate time to adjust. Installing a valve is an interesting idea but add to the costs, more suitable for the Q's than the S's.

I have seen dented tweeter on V2 in Stockholm showroom, the guy said it was like that since they uncrated it.
My Dynaudio Focus 260 also had dent tweeter out of the box, I managed to pull it out with 3M tape.
Stereophile reviewer, may be Wes Philips, had a dent dome on review paie Vivid Giya out of the box too.

I don't think cost of simple opening with sealed, removable cap will be much at all. . If a more complex ones can be on bicycle tires Or cars wheel or water pump . It simpler , manual opening sure can be installed on any Magico without much cost.

I just used the contact us page on their website. I live about ten miles from where the speakers are made. I'm not sure if that helped but the form does ask you where you live.

Imagine the burden presented to an amplifier if air pressure inside and outside is different, and multiply by cone surface area. That is a lot of air load presented to amplifier. Toga
Irv Gross do not work for Magico for few months now. He is new Director of Sales for Constellation Audio.
