I think it would be:

Principia/Chameleon
Venere 3.0
Venere S
Guarneri Evolution
Stradivari (with new Futura Red finish)
Il Cremonese
Aida
Lilium
Elipsa SE (or "Red")
Amati Futura
Olympica III
Venere 2.5
Olympica I

then, bottom row:
Chameleon monitor
Venere center
Venere 1.5 (or 2.0... Not sure)
Olympica center
Venere 1.5 or 2.5 with wood finish

One is Red Violin, the original finish. The other is Futura Red.
Thanks for clarifying. I checked their website and it looks like they have updated their colours. The Strads are now only available in "red" but the Elipsa is described as "red violin". The Guarneri is described as "red/black satin".

The really crazy thing is the Aida is now available in white!

Lilium's in this color are really starting to grow on me. I wouldn't mind something "different" providing it's tasteful, and these are checking the box for me. The color would integrate well in my room. I think Lilium's would be a bit too large for my room, so I'm wondering if SF would offer this color option on the Il Cremonese.

Good question. At quick glance I initially thought is was the Olympica center until Esteban named it.
