Follow these instructions:

Update did not work through the front display so I used mconnect control app on my iPhone.

Go to the Settings Wheel>Device Setup>BridgeII>click install new firmware

I did the install with the DirectStream on, it takes a few minutes and it will reboot by itself.

Paul acknowledged the bridge 2 upgrade issue. A slightly updated Snowmass is coming tomorrow.

A work around for the turning on again my itself if your using Roon and the Bridge may be by pressing the off button, wait 1-2 seconds and press off again. I added a new off command with 1 second delay to my Harmony remote and that appears to work.

I installed Snowmass and v3.10 on my DMP and I believe that with earlier releases they "hit one out of the park", but with these releases "they hit a grand slam".

The new firmware gives me better, more distinct bass, better sound stage, better clarity in the midrange, an ability to extract the "timbre" from well-recorded sources, and more distinct "air" around each performer.

With Snowmass loaded on my DS Sr. with Bridge II I tried to load firmware upgrade 3.6.17 with my Droid phone and my Ipad no luck. Kept receiving error message "Firmware server is not available". Followed instruction from StereJo on the PS site using my Windows computer and MConnect with success. In addition the unit should have restarted after it took the firmware upgrade it did not. After the second manual reboot it works perfectly.
