Hi Shane,

I never did try the EH 6922, I just kept it for backup and still have it. I was OK with the Gold Lion and have to confess the preamp was probably not even broken in before I sold it. I still want the GAT based on my experience with the ET5, but am seriously jonesing for a great pair of speakers. So, I am up in the air for the moment since all the family stuff going on. I am not sure what to do first when all the dust settles.

I think when I go for the GAT, I should not have a problem, but having it be a limited run makes me a little nervous and I do feel a little pressure to order it first. I think they do that on purpose. My Nolas should be sold and picked up tomorrow (Wed 12-28-11) so that's off my list.
